To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all our guests, we kindly ask you to observe the following house rules:

• Check-in: From 3pm to 21:00. If you plan to arrive later kindly advise us in advance
• Check-out: 11 am. If you would like a late check out, Kindly request in advance. We can only allow a late check out if we do no0t have another booking.
• Quiet Hours: Quite hours are between 22:00 and 7am. No parties are allowed on all our properties.
• Smoking: No smoking is allowed inside the rooms, only outside at dedicated smoking areas.
• Pets: Unfortunately all our units are not pet friendly
• Garbage Disposal: Please use the provided bins and follow any instructions for waste disposal.
• Damages: Guests are responsible for any damages to the property or its contents during their stay.
• Number of Guests: The number of guests should not exceed the maximum occupancy stated for the property.
• All units have dedicated parking garages that should be utilised for parking.
