• Booking and Payment: A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due on the day of arrival. Accepted payment methods are eft and cash.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to arrival will receive a  100 % refund of the deposit.
• Cancellations made within 3 days of arrival are non-refundable.
• Liability: We are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to guests' personal belongings during their stay.
• Right of Refusal: We reserve the right to refuse any booking at our discretion.
• Changes to Booking: Requests for changes to bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
